Our Experience

Despite our young age, we are highly experienced in sealcoating. Our business has been in operation for 8 years, and in 2023, we celebrated completing our 1000th driveway! All of our staff has at least 5 years of experience and skilled in every step of the sealcoating process.

Meet the DBS team!

Hi! My name is Alex Dyer, and I am the owner of Dyer Brothers Sealcoating. After graduating from Conestoga in 2018, I started this business and have been sealcoating every summer since! I graduated from Marquette University in 2022 with a degree in Marketing and now manage my company full-time. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching the Sixers, and Hacky Sack. I manage most aspects of the company, including customer communications.

My name is Zack Wilder, and I have been working for Dyer Brothers Sealcoating since graduating from Conestoga in 2020. I am currently attending West Chester University, where I study psychology. My favorite part about working for DBS is working outside with friends—it beats any office job!

Hi! My name is Marcos Dyer, and I am the Forman at Dyer Brothers Sealcoating. I started working for the company with my brother in 2018 and have worked every summer since! After graduating from Conestoga in 2020, I am working towards a anthropology degree at Baylor University. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with friends and puzzles. I am the leader of the crew and am present at almost all jobs.

My name is Jake Wilder, and I have been working for Dyer Brothers Sealcoating since my sophomore year at Conestoga in 2020. I am currently working full-time for DBS until I begin Police Academy in the fall. My favorite part about working for DBS is getting a free lunch, especially when we get Chick-fil-a

My name is Nando Dyer, and I am the third and final Dyer Brother. I have been working for my older brothers since 2020. I am currently studying at Lafayette University. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, walking out two dogs, and napping.
